Young graduates, proud parents, beautiful performances and joyful celebrations filled the air at Dawn Michaels School as our Reception Class pearls took centre stage for their EYFS Graduation.

It was a memorable celebration of growth, learning and the exciting journey our youngest learners have taken through the Early Years Foundation Stage.

A Special Message to Our Graduating Pearls

The Director of Dawn Michaels School, Mrs Uchenna C. Ndulue, shared a heartfelt message with our graduating pearls, celebrating how far they had come and encouraging them as they prepared to take their next steps in their educational journey.

Then came one of the most anticipated highlights of the day: Brainapedia!

The top three students from each class in the Early Years Foundation Stage took part in a special knowledge challenge, answering questions put to them in front of an excited audience.

And they certainly did not disappoint!

With remarkable confidence and impressive responses, our young contestants demonstrated just how much they had learned. Parents watched in amazement as the pupils confidently tackled the questions, showcasing their knowledge and brilliance at such an early stage.

The top performers were recognised and awarded for their outstanding participation and achievement, adding another exciting moment to an already memorable celebration.

From the moment the programme began, our graduating pearls kept everyone entertained with a delightful ballet presentation, followed by an engaging music and drama presentation. Their confidence, creativity and ability to perform before an audience brought smiles and proud moments to the faces of their parents, teachers and guests.

But the celebration was not only for the children. Parents joined in the excitement through fun parents’ games, creating plenty of laughter and unforgettable moments. There was also a special parents’ prayer session, providing an opportunity to give thanks for the children’s journey so far and commit the next chapter of their lives into God’s hands.

Of course, no celebration would be complete without good food and refreshments. Our guests enjoyed a lovely selection of food, drinks and treats, creating the perfect atmosphere for everyone to relax, connect and celebrate together.

From graceful ballet steps and lively performances to games, prayers, delicious refreshments and an impressive display of knowledge, the EYFS Graduation was a beautiful reflection of the growth and development that takes place during these important early years.

For our graduating Reception pupils, this was more than a graduation. It was a celebration of how far they have come and a joyful beginning to the much bigger journey ahead.

As our graduating pearls move on to the next stage, we celebrate their curiosity, confidence, creativity and growing independence.

Congratulations to our wonderful Reception graduates! Your next adventure awaits, and we cannot wait to see you shine. 🎓✨
