At Dawn Michaels School, the International Day of the Girl Child was an opportunity to celebrate girls, recognise their potential and reaffirm the importance of giving every girl the chance to learn, dream and thrive.
Through inspiring presentations and powerful messages, our pupils and students highlighted the need to protect girls, listen to their voices, respect their choices and encourage them to pursue their ambitions without fear or limitation.
The celebration also reminded us that empowering the girl child is a responsibility that extends beyond one day.
