Mrs. Dimegwu Stella serves as both the Deputy Head of School and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Lead at Dawn Michael School. With a rich educational background and a deep passion for early childhood development, she brings over a decade of expertise and a nurturing approach to her role.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education (English), a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education, a Diploma in Child Psychology, and certifications in Child Development and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support. Her diverse qualifications reflect her commitment to understanding and meeting the developmental needs of young learners.
Mrs. Stella is guided by a clear philosophy: that the early years are foundational to a child’s lifelong learning journey. She is dedicated to creating a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive emotionally, physically, and cognitively. Through her leadership, the Early Years section at Dawn Michaels School remains a vibrant and joyful space that fosters curiosity, independence, and confidence in our youngest learners.
